Recently, a pro-abortion vandal pled guilty to defacing CompassCare’s pro-life medical office in Buffalo a violation of the FACE Act (Freedom of Access to Clinic Entrance Act). She is now leveling a medical malpractice lawsuit, claiming the organization lied to her.
Members of the House Judiciary Committee believe the FACE Act is being unequally enforced by Assistant U.S. Attorney General Kristen Clarke. Clarke was questioned under oath about the disparity. Conveniently for Clarke, three days later the DOJ indicted a woman for a FACE violation in Bowling Green, OH. The crime is virtually identical to the one committed by Hannah Kamke against CompassCare, even spray painting the same word, “LIARS,” on the facility’s property. CompassCare CEO, Rev. Jim Harden says, “If Kamke is so concerned about lying, she should sign an affidavit under penalty of perjury that her allegations are true.”
