The U.S. Supreme Court recently agreed to hear the chemical abortion case coming from the U.S. 5th Circuit. Since a ruling on this case could cut abortion in half overnight it would have broader ramifications than even the Dobbs decision, overturning Roe v Wade.
Given the conservative leaning nature of SCOTUS regarding abortion, the fact that they agreed to hear the case signals that the Court has an appetite to embrace the lower court’s decision, siding with the physicians demanding the FDA take the drug off the market because it failed to follow their own protocols for determining drug safety.
The drug is 500% more likely to send a woman to the ER for hemorrhaging, sepsis, a ruptured fallopian tube, and death. Why would the abortion industry and pro-abortion politicians tout the drug as “safer than Tylenol.”
