Vote for the Voiceless

Of all people, Christians should lead and inform culture about what it means to be human under God and, therefore, how we ought to live as a civilized society.

Dr. George Barna released a study recently, revealing that a shocking 41 million born-again Christians are not going to vote this year. Rev. Jim Harden breaks down what that means for our culture on Proof of Life.

Dr. Barna rightly identified these 41 million Christians as a “game-changer.” In 2020, many of the battleground states were decided by a margin as slim as 60,000 votes—just 1/683rd of the 41 million Christians sitting out this election!

Recently, Kamala Harris was asked this abortion policy-related question: “As a question of pragmatism, what concessions would be on the table? Religious exemptions for example?”

Her response: “I don’t think we should be making concessions when we’re talking about a fundamental freedom…”

The left considers abortion to be a fundamental freedom. That means abortion rights will trump religious liberty in a Harris regime.

This has been on display in the Biden-Harris administration already: the pro-abortion DOJ shamefully indicted and imprisoned 130 peaceful pro-life Christians; the same DOJ refused to actual pro-abortion domestic terrorists—including the ones who firebombed CompassCare’s Buffalo office. Meanwhile, other pro-abortion politicians seek to bar pro-life Christians from expressing their convictions, force Christians to purchase abortion through their health insurance plans, and force women to continue chemical abortions they don’t want.

Even more sinisterly, states like NY are poised to enshrine abortion in their State Constitutions with ballot propositions like NY Proposal One. Should these dangerous amendments be made, any and all pro-life activity—from a pastor preaching a pro-life message, sidewalk counselors offering help to women, pregnancy centers refusing to refer for abortion, and even your private conversations with your neighbor—could be seen as a violation of a woman’s civil right.

Rev. Harden explains how NY Proposal One will be weaponized against pro-life Christians in this 2-minute video.

Today, 130 pro-life Christians sit behind bars in the United States. Should Harris be elected and more states enshrine abortion as a Constitutional right, that number will climb.

To those seeking absolute power—the ability to decide who lives and who dies—1,300 to 13,000 or even 13 million imprisoned Christians mean nothing. Christians are the ones who stand in the way of oppression, enslavement, and genocide. To a regime that wants to eliminate classes of humans—like preborn boys and girls—for their own benefit, Christians are a problem that must be eliminated.

Rev. Jim Harden and the CompassCare team stand by this statement: No matter the outcome of this election—or any thereafter—CompassCare will continue serving as many women as we can, for as long as we can.
