- Greet patients arriving at front desk, exiting after appointment
- Ensure patient intake is complete
- Inform RN team of arrival of patients
- Field basic questions of patients or family members, or defer to RN
- Collect and document STD donations as well as preparing receipts
- Upload ultrasound images to chart following exams
- Inform Operations Manager or RN of any supplies that should be ordered
- Ensure basic office maintenance (cleanliness, recycling, lighting, etc)
- Assist team with community medical events such as college health fairs (communication, planning, implementing, follow-up)
- Facilitate office operations (checking voicemail, email, etc)
- Managing supply and preparation of anti-nausea kits
- Contact patients by text of phone who did not show for their initial pregnancy appointment. Reschedule appointments as needed
- Complete administrative projects as requested by manager

- Primary accountability is to the Regional Executive
