ROI. Return on Investment is the rally cry of all financial planners. And apparently it was important to Jesus too, in light of the severe denouncement of the ‘wicked’ servant who simply buried his master’s talent instead of putting it in the bank (Parable of the Talents, Matthew 25: 14-29).
